This new online feature will allow tenants to *prepay for cleaning services prior to your scheduled property turn. Property management must make arrangements prior to turn to take advantage of this time saving feature. 

 

The prepayment system will only accept payments from May 1st - July 15th 2015. No payments will be accepted after July 15th.

 

Pricing does not include any repairs, ozone treatments or any other services beyond a basic carpet cleaning. Pricing varies from property to property. Your pricing has been pre-approved by management.

• Upholstery Cleaning (property furnishings only where applicable)

• Red Stain Removal

Should your carpets be deemed unsalvageable by management, a full refund will be issued no later than September 30th 2015. Due to large quantities of service orders, a review of completed work must be done with property management before refunds are issued.
